I’m not totally certain what you are asking for. The procedure to go from drawing to online comic is:
– scan the drawing
– clean it a bit with a picture program if needed and save the file
– upload the file to a site
A scanning program is provided with your scanner (or part of plug and play), cleaning and saving can be done with any descent graphic editor.
