I’ve never seen a Japanese girl with large juggs, never seen people act so friendly, hyper or friendly to each other without even knowing others, in fact, Japan is sometimes considered to be a very lonely place since you are often ignored.

They’re fantasies, get over yourself.
If you make the characters like typical people that would make for a boring storyline. They have to make extremely noticeable characters, ones that are extremely active and crazy. It’s sort of like living vicariously through the characters.
It has long been accepted by psychologists and observers of Japanese society/culture that Manga and Anime serve as an emotional outlet for an otherwise repressed group of people. This can manifest itself in cute and humorous ways or in disturbing ones, depending on the mood of the author (usually, manga creators are both the writer and artist, unlike American comics). Violent and hyper-sexual imagery is common enough in all cultures as a form of “relief” – meaning, if you draw it you don’t have to actually do it – but there are cases where too much of this has led to real-life tragedy.
Why are cartoons in America so different from American people and society?
Yes, I see yellow sponges walking around all the time, I even met this boy once with pink and green-haired fairy God parents! Who would have thought huh?
It’s weird, were so 3 dimensional compared to them!
Honestly, it’s just how they draw, and if you think anime is “friendly” try watching elfen lied, or higurashi no naku koro ni.
