i saw this at fantasia film fest in montreal last year.
woodring was there, he said he had nothing to do with these animations but to provide character. i think all this the fruit of a school assignment. yet some of them are pretty good

This is amazing. I remember sitting in my dads store after school reading these Frank books off the shelf , just pouring over them, reading through them over and over. Its such a facinating way out comic, I always just loved the art.
Its so great seeing these comics animated this way.

I love how the white isn’t like a straight bright white, but like almost a newspaper/comic book page color. Awesome touch. I love FRANK and Pupshaw.
